In this short film, we'll show you how to let your guests request songs.
Guests request songs with the Backsound Request app on their phone. In the Control Center, switch on Show in player.
The Request button then appears at the bottom right. Guests within two hundred metres of your venue can now find you in the app, as long as the music is playing.
The number on the button shows how many requests are waiting. Click it to see them.
The tick accepts a request. The song goes into the queue, right after the song that is playing.
If we don't have the song yet, it's fetched first.
The cross declines a request. The guest sees in the app that it was declined.
Switch on Auto accept, and every new request for this room goes straight into the queue, without you having to do anything.
Please note: song requests from guests are part of STREAM PRO.
