No. Spotify and other consumer services exclude business use in their terms. BackSound Stream is licensed for business streaming. On top of that, every shop that plays music needs a performance licence from Buma/Stemra and Sena, via mijnlicentie.nl.

Yes. The scheduler links playlists to days and times and the player switches by itself. Nothing to think about on the shop floor.

Yes. You schedule announcements in the player; they play between the tracks at the times and repeat interval you choose.

Nothing you can hear. 400 tracks are stored on the player itself, more than enough for a full day. As soon as the connection is back it tops itself up. You do nothing and your shop does not fall silent.

Yes. With STREAM PRO you import your existing Spotify playlists one to one. The same music, but covered for commercial use. Whatever you then find in our catalogue is added to it.

Usually. The player connects to an ordinary amplifier or to Sonos. Tell us what is there and we will say whether anything needs adding — and if it does, we supply and install it ourselves.

If you want them to. With the Remote App they set volume and playlist from their phone, per room. You decide who may; you can also keep it closed and let the scheduler run everything.
