The Backsound Request app is what your guests use on their own phone to request songs in your venue. It shows the Backsound venues within 200 metres, what is playing there, and lets a guest search a song and send it to your player. This film shows the app from the guest's side, step by step.

In this short film, we'll show you how your guests request songs with the Backsound Request app.
Your guests open the Backsound Request app on their phone. It shows the Backsound venues within two hundred metres.
A green dot means music is playing there right now. Orange means the player is on, but nothing is queued yet.
Your guest taps your venue, and sees what's playing now, and what comes next.
Does your venue have more than one room? Then the guest first chooses the room.
The magnifying glass at the bottom opens the search. The guest types a song or an artist.
The button on the left sends the request to your player. The heart saves the song as a favourite.
Under the heart, the guest finds their favourites, ready to request again with one tap.
The middle button shows the guest's requests. Each request starts as pending.
In your player, the request comes in under Requests. Accept it, and the guest sees it straight away.
An accepted song plays right after the song that is playing now.
Please note: your venue only appears in the app when Show in player is switched on in the Control Center, and your player is running. Song requests are part of STREAM PRO.
