Each film explains one part of the player in two to four minutes: from the HOME screen to the scheduler and song requests from your guests. Every film has its own page with the full spoken text, so you can read along or jump straight to the moment you need.

Where can I find these films in the player?
In the player, open the Control Center, click the cog and choose the Help tab. The same films play there, in the language of your player.
In which languages are the tutorials available?
Every film is available in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Chinese and Thai, each with its own spoken text.
Do I need STREAM PRO for everything shown in the films?
No. The HOME screen, the ready-made playlists and the settings work with every plan. Searching for songs, Spotify import, AI playlists, your own playlists, several rooms, song requests and the scheduler are part of STREAM PRO. Each film says so when it shows a STREAM PRO feature.
